Lumina Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
We collect the following types of information:
What face data we collect: We collect photographs of your face (front, side, and quarter views) that you upload for analysis, facial landmark/geometry data derived from those photographs, and the analysis results and measurements generated from your images.
How we use face data: Face data is used solely to provide our facial analysis and skin analysis features, to generate personalized scores and recommendations, and to display before/after and treatment visualizations. We do not use face data for marketing, advertising, or identification outside the Service.
Sharing and storage: Face data is not shared with any third parties for marketing or sold to anyone. It is stored on secure servers operated by our service provider Firebase (Google Cloud). Facial landmark detection may also be processed locally on your device; in that case the data is not sent to our servers for that step.
Retention: We retain face data and other personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (via Settings → Delete account in the app), we permanently delete your account data, including all face data and biometric data, and do not retain it after deletion.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through the app settings.
Our app is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Lumina Labs provides analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only. Our app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before undergoing any treatments or procedures.
